We were fortunate to come across an apartment managed by shakell property this week- and couldn't be more happier with our holiday stay in Alaexander headlands. Even though we found the resort through bookings.com shakell property responded super fast to any of our messages and requests- made it really easy to understand instructions to finding the keys to the property- with astraightforward book in to check out. We found a big difference in this privately managed unit to everyday units we have stayed in- with all the extra things thought of such as condiments, quality bathroom products- laundry & kitchen products (good supply) bedding and towels were more lush also. There was a small hiccup with a lock in the apartment and Shakell property arrived promptly to sort it and gave us late check out for a nice sleep in. Honestly the unit 333 at Oaks seaforth was beautiful and Shakell property definitely have my next holiday bookings in the future!

What a great place, excellent location, lovely space with a great balcony and secure parking. Easy walk to the beach and centrally located between Maroochydore and Mooloolaba. We’ll definitely be back.
