Our flat metal roof had some spots that needed recaulking. Inner City was professional and friendly. Explained to us what needed to happen to fix those in an honest manner as they would a friend. We had another (large) company came in to make a quote and glad we didn't go with them. Inner City team was much more reasonable and friendly.

Unlike other plumbers who wanted to diagnose the issue over the phone or charge an over the top call out fee inner city came out were thorough and charged a reasonable call out fee. Replaced hot water service for me ASAP.. were efficient, very helpful and on time..
