Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I had a issue with a jet ski I recently purchased that Karl did some major work to back in 2023. Just needed some information regarding some of the parts and where to source. Karl picked up the phone close to 5pm and was so welcoming and polite on the call giving me way more time and advise than I could’ve asked for. Even though I wasn’t a paying customer he treated me like one and made me feel very comfortable. Karl keep up the good work mate. Will absolutely recommend anyone to your shop for mechanical repairs. 👌👌👌
Carl saved out family holiday. I contacted Carl at really short notice because my jetski stopped working properly and I was over 4 hours away from home. I was on a family holiday at Lake Hume jetskiing and towing the kids on a biscuit. I was recommended by another Marine Shop to contact Carl. Carl had a great phone manner and said I could bring the jetski down straight away. He did an awesome job fixing the jetski and saved our family holiday . I was happy with the price and workmanship. Carl is an absolute gentleman and I highly recommend his business. Carl is also trustworthy and reliable.

I had my brand new sea doo jetski on the lake and it sucked up a ski rope because my daughter wasn't watching the rope. I dropped the ski off at 9:00 in the morning. Karl had it out and good to go by 2:00 pm. Great service, quick fix and he did the job really well. Me and my family were wrapped cause he saved our family holiday.
