When to skip three-phase. You only have one 7kW EV charger and one EV. Your peak winter load stays under 50 amps. Your current switchboard has spare capacity.

The on-site work is one full day, 8am to around 4pm. Total elapsed time from initial photo enquiry to final compliance certificate in your inbox is 5 to 10 days for single-phase residential upgrades.
