Harrison promptly repaired the toilet flush to our satisfaction, after he received a phone call from me. . But we are slightly confused about the fees he charged. He said, he needed to replace a valve worth $100. But he sent an invoice of $345, without showing any break-up of the cost. I have paid his invoice.

OTJ Plumbing is our "GO-TO" plumber. We have found them helpful, responsive and flexible about solutions. They even gave us a discount when my son and I dug the trench for a small extension to our storm water.

They also added an instant hot water service to our new kitchen after considering various options. That involved tapping into pipes behind new cupboards and mounting the gas HWS on the external wall.

Amazing experience. I had a mysterious bathroom leak for years that nobody could fix / couldn't find the cause. OTJ Plumbing found the issue on the first visit and fixed it. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Dan and his team always do an excellent job and we have been using them over the past 10 years plus. They are on time and if delayed due to traffic or otherwise will always phone to let you know in advance . Highly recommended!

Like any sewer problem, you need to get it attended to pretty quickly. OTJP came exactly when they said they would which was sooner than I feared and made a temporary repair within a few hours (blocking pipes from tree roots). The permanent fix was a few days later as they needed to help out other poor folk in the same situation as we were in. They returned and replaced/repaired what was needed, installed an access point to make the problem next time easier to access. They did most of this in what was pretty wet weather. I think the job was performed in a highly professional manner, the completed job (tile replacement) if anything looks better than it did and I have a better solution for next time. I was always kept up to date with plans and consulted when and as needed. No problems at all and I do recommend OTJP to anyone needing the services of a competent, responsive and quality team. No plumbing is cheap but I have to say I think the price charged represented very good value for money. I have no complaints.

I received a quote for a replacement toilet which was then installed on the day and time they stated. Removed old toilet and mess, then cleaned the area for immediate use! They give you a pricing for all jobs which doesn't change even if there are problems! Have been using them for years while looking after 4 units on the North Shore. Highly recommend!

Great effective company. So nice to get a Trade that turns up on time, does what they say. Does professional work and the price is reasonable. Nice bunch of Guys as well. Have had a lot of experience over the last few years with various trades. Occasionally you luck onto a good one like these. What else do you need in plumbing. Oh, excellent solutions offered to some tricky problems we had as well.
