Daughter placed a “cry for help” on Facebook Bargo Community page late on 30 December 2021. Team Penguin Plumbing responded and came out the following day and quoted the job. They came back on 31 December 2021 and completed a full repair and installation. We were pleasantly surprised when the final payment was less than the original quote. The workmanship was first class. I highly recommend this company as their quality of work and friendliness of the staff was exceptional.

PS They also cleaned up when the completed the job!!!

Going through bathroom renovations had been a horrid process to date, with lots of unreliable trades falling through, but Paul and his team at Penguin have been on site to aid in running new copper lines for the bathrooms, adding gas line in the house, rejigging the sewer and finished with a fit out today. Paul accommodated my ridiculous timelines and didn't charge like a wounded bull to do so - Top bloke, good banter, quality work - would recommend any day to anyone.

Called Paul late on a Sunday afternoon expecting to book a time for during the week. Instead, he arrived shortly after and began trying to repair what we thought was a small blockage. We were wrong. It was a massive problem caused by other trades. Paul and his team spent the next several days repairing the problem going above and beyond for us to get it done. He has been thoroughly professional and knowledgeable as well as completely honest. We will absolutely continue to use Team Penguin for any plumbing need going forward and will have no hesitation in recommending them to others. A fantastic local business!

On a SATURDAY after being told call out fees would be upwards of $300 Paul reached out to me (thank god).

We had sewage flooding from our bottom story in our home and he arrived promptly with extremely affordable and fair prices! He fixed the problem within the hour and we have not had any issues since. I highly recommend Paul to anyone needing a trustworthy plumbing service!
