Called Raks to install a hot water system after our old one was acting up. Emmanuel came out the next day to provide a quote and the new HWS was installed within a few days. Whole process was transparent and job was done professionally.

First of all, the response on the email request was really quick. $79 was waived. Emmanuel seems very experienced on the job, he called up ahead to let me know when he will be arriving. Time management was good 👍. During the check on the leaking problems, he looked up carefully and explaining the consequences after changing the parts. Emmanuel sounds very professional. Highly recommend Raks Quality Plumbing. I had issues with a leaking toilet bidet and spoke to RQP, they were quick to respond and efficient. I have recommended to others in my neighbourhood as I believe they were professional and will not disappoint.

On another interaction, I had an issue with a leaking outdoor faucet, they repaired and cleaned (gurney) the pavement near the tap that was mossy. They went above and beyond to ensure it was left safe and I can’t thank them enough as I didn’t even ask nor expect that to be included in the service!

Cannot recommend Raks plumbing high enough. After having a very poor dealing with a previous plumber Emmanuel was able to step in and help resolve the problem same day. This involved having to dig up and repair a pipe in our bathroom. Quote was provided upfront at a great price. It’s nice to have a local plumber who is actually local and honest!
