Gas fitting - new gas cooktop installed

I was really impressed with the quality of the service I received. The gasfitter turned up when they said they would and did a great job removing an old gas cooktop and installing a new one. I couldn't fault this company and will be using them for all future plumbing and gas fitting requirements.

After the terrible rain pouring in Townsville that flooded some areas, I found that my sunroom had slightly flooded. I am thankful that it was not a major repair as I first thought. Repaired the roofing problem and suprisingly did not cost that much. Very appreciative of the service provided!

Second time I’ve used PTYD, and am really happy with the guys that have been out.

Both times I needed taps reseated and new valves, both times the guys (Gavin) and then (Josh) we’re able to do work quickly with no fuss, and I really like the whole electronic scheduling via text message, instant invoice and ability to pay straight away.

The work done was great and the plumber was also very good. Price wise more then fair but the 4 hours late is not good enough.

Right from the initial enquiry through to Casey in the office and Jared doing the job I thought they were excellent to deal with. Jared came out to Balgal Beach, removed gas hobs from my food trailer and installed a fryer and griddle in its place. Very impressed with his professionalism and standard of work, and a nice guy to boot. Will be using these guys for all future work, highly recommended.
