My technician Steve came to replace a motor on my air conditioner as the vents were not closing. The access was a bit restricted but everything was installed and tested. Unfortunately one vent was still not closing once everything was placed back. Steve being particular pulled everything apart again and reinstalled the motor until he was satisfied the problem was fixed. I am very grateful for his perseverance.
