The whole process was easy and straightforward. Jay was punctual and reliable. He listed out the costs upfront and wasn’t pushy at all, let me weigh my options. He needed to order a part for my Jeep which he did and got it fixed sooner than my own mechanic could have. He was honest and transparent about costs and timeline and delivered as promised.

Had a leaking windscreen washer tank and tried to fix it but tank was brittle and needed changing. Couldnt get a replacement tank so bought a universal tank from Repco. Needed help in replacing it and rang Canberra Mobile mechanics who were happy to have a look. Glad I did as Jay arrived and changed the tank even though not a easy job but he made it easy after a few adjustments. Works perfectly and he had a great attitude and worked out the problems That I couldnt of done. Price was reasonable. I will be using them from now on as very professional and great trouble shooters. Thanks Jay you made my day and showed me you were willing to go the extra mile to fix my problem.

It was very easy to book in for a service, the mechanic was on time and let me know when they were coming. Once they did a once over I was informed upfront what the service would cost.
