We had Mike come out to quote on a new aircondioner for our family room. Mike was very informative in explaining to us what the most appropriate unit would be to adequately cool/heat the relevant space. He was very professional and conveyed to us what we needed in a very friendly and reassuring manner. I do not do reviews such as this as a matter of course, but in this instance I have no hesitation to recommend Mike ,if you want a genuine person to whom you can trust.

We recently engaged Mike from R & S Heating & Air-Conditioning to install 3 x Aircon units. From first conversations Mike was pro-active, quick to do a site visit, provide install options and provided a timely quote that was more than competitive. Don and his crew came to breathe new life into my beautiful but tired home. He was engaged to … 1) remove/dispose of existing carpets … 2) strip/refinish my 30yr old floorboards and staircase which required an enormous amount of hand sanding … 3) repaint my living and dining room. I am in no way an easy customer as I know exactly what I want and have definite expectations on execution. Every morning Don and I stepped through in detail who in his team was going to be performing what task and he explained the associated processes so as to avert any potential nasty surprises. The original Tassie Oak floorboards were a horrible yellow/orange colour which I despised, so to ensure we achieve as close to the colour I ultimately wanted, Don suggested we use “Loba Life Whitener” where each day he would apply a coat on my smallish kitchen floor area until I was happy with the colour then completed the remainder of the house followed by a Satin/Matte sealer, and I love the final result. For the painting Don spent almost 3 days taping up the skirtings, architraves, window frames etc then applied 2 sprayed coats on the ceiling and 3 rolled coats on the walls. Don did a great job all round, I don’t have a problem recommending him/his team.

Great guy and super quality work. All the trades (plumber, electrician and tiler) he uses are fantastic, fast and quality.

Don and the team are exceptional. If you’re looking to restore your hardwood floor, look no where else. Don was excellent to work with, great communication and craftsmanship is second to none. Spent extra time on our 1960s home and restored the floors to their former glory. Could not recommend higher.

AMAZING, both Kevin & Harry are soooo accommodating. Absolute professionals in their work and their manner. They really did an awesome job without any hiccups. They arrived when they said they would and couldn’t be happier. My advice, and I’m very fussy is not to bother with anyone else. Save yourself time and money. I will not be using anyone else ever
