Had a toilet issue and called Highlander Plumbing and spoke to Kevin. He asked me a few questions and gave me free advice (this was only 10 mins ago so I've yet to try it). But he was so helpful and generous with his time. If I do need a plumber for this particular issue, I will definitely call Highlander. I'm very grateful for the time on the phone that Kevin gave me.
Paul's amazing! I've managed trades on my strata building for the last 17 years and he's honestly the best plumber I've used (and by a country mile). He goes above and beyond and has really helped me out in some tricky after hours nightmares over the years. 100% recommend.
Had a lot of fun here doing a ceramic making class with a group of colleagues. Relaxing and creative way to spend a couple of hours. Tiki was a great host and really helpful. We brought a couple of bottles of wine to sip on too and was all round a great afternoon.
Had a very wonderful date with my fiancé! We enjoyed making our own ceramic bowls from scratch and everyone made as feel so welcomed and guided us every step of the way. Going back again soon to paint our hand made ceramic bowls!

We celebrated a friend's birthday by all coming together to get messy and creative with clay. It was a wonderful group experience I would highly recommend it.
I bought a pottery and ceramic painting workshop for both my partner and myself. We both loved the experience and was surprised how our bowl and cup took shape. Ticky is an experienced teacher that knows the perfect balance of leaning and guiding as well as allowing the attendee to trust in the flow of creativity. Spoke to them briefly over the phone about an off peak hot water system issue, and they pointed out to me as a 1st step to contact my energy company to have my off peak relay check at my switch board. Said base on his 30+ years experience that was primarily the issue.
Right on ball, the issue was exactly it found and fixed, and no costs associated or incurred by them from providing good advice. Great experience and knowledge where although I didn't use them will gladly use them next time base on this experience.
