Just want to give a big shout out to Tony & Mark from Explorer RV in Brendale for completing our warranty bits & pieces plus our 1st Service on our Legend Van all in one day when they were extremely busy and therefore we avoided having to stay somewhere overnight as we’d travelled from Burleigh. Great customer service guys!!

Matt was willing to take on my request to fix a leaking outdoor tap even though he was meant to be starting his holidays. Fixed the leaking tap and relocated the pipe to the right place for me. Was perfectly on time and great work, super quick and professional. Super happy and now my back stairs don't have a permanent puddle under them!

I knew as soon as Matt answered my call, I was onto something different. He took the time to explain to me what my problem could be, and what it might take to fix it, so there were no surprises.

Their customer communication app is great - I could send photos so the problem could be explained visually.

Apart from this…Prompt, honest and great communication. Unlike previous plumbers, they cleaned up after themselves and left my bathroom as clean as they found it. Really appreciated these guys today. Highly recommend!

Feb ‘23: Another plumbing crisis and another call-out to Matt. Again a prompt response and fast fix. This time he also needed a sparky (hot water system blew). He called one of his contacts and they worked seamlessly and efficiently together. Left everything neater that how they found it too! Honestly, I’m throwing all my business cards out and just sticking to these guys! Thanks Matt and Michael from Spitz!

An absolutely fantastic, friendly School. The teachers are all very in tune and nurturing with the children and go the extra mile. The kids are all lovely, fantastic facilities including Canteen and one of the best OSHC I have ever used.
