We had Ponte plumbing come out to clear our blocked drain. Very thorough compared to other plumbers that have cleared the same issue in the past . Also serviced our hot water tank.

Frank from Ponte plumbing was friendly, fast, efficient, professional and did a great job. He arrived at the agreed time and was quick in identifying the issue with my Braemar ducted heating and made recommendations on what should be done and the cost. He picked up the parts and had it going in no time. He also checked the rest of the unit and did some quick maintenance on the burners to avoid another common issue with them at the same time. The bill was reasonable and as he had discussed. Heater has been going without a problem for 4+ months now. I will use Ponte plumbing again and recommend them to all my friends.

Tom is what you can call a genuine hardworking tradie and is a honest man. We called Tom after hours to rectify the work of dodgy gas plumbers who we just had out. He understood the urgency and was on site within 30 minutes. He not only rectified the issue but also took the time to check that there everything was in good working order.

I can’t recommend this man highly enough. It’s hard to find good tradies these days so look no further and put this man on your books.

Tom was prompt to get back to my initial enquiry, prompt to arrive and always let me know if there was going to be a delay. He made recommendations on the best way to tackle the work I needed to have done, provided cost estimates and completed the work in a professional manner and to a high quality (including clean up and taking away rubbish).

Highly recommended him and will certainly use him again for any future work.

Last weekend I suffered the indignity of a blocked toilet.

After many attempts to unblock it with the help of google suggestions, I left a message on Personal Best Plumbing late Sunday evening.

I was very relieved to get a message from Tom early Monday to check what the problem was.

Tom and his partner Stacey arrived at 8.45am and the blockage was quickly sorted.

When Tom checked the basin to see that the water was draining away from there, he discovered it was also blocked and offered to clean those pipes as well. ( for a minimal price)

I am so pleased I discovered Personal Best Plumbing.
