This would be the first time I had seen Mr. Nice Plumbing in action, and what a great experience! The gentleman came over asked about the issue, and where it was, and then that was it, he fixed a major issue with the drain in the bathroom sink. Mr Nice plumbing were engaged to by our apartment block's strata committee to rectify major external drainage issues our block was experiencing. They provided a detailed quote and explanation of the intended works that clearly defined their solution.

The drainage work included the installation of several agg drains and new/replacement underground drainage pipework.

Prior to their work one of the ground floor units in our block had water ingress into their unit due to the previously poorly designed drainage system.

Fortunately for our block Mr Nice installed the new drainage system early January 2022 prior to the unprecedented rainfall received across Sydney through January - April. The block did not have any drainage issues through that period and the strata committee are very happy to have engaged Mr Nice plumbing.

Mr Nice Plumbing renovated our bathroom! Professional service answered all our calls and texts promptly when we had questions and were competitively priced.

The finished product is jaw dropping.

The team easily identified the cause of an odd smell in our bathroom, discovering various issues with old plumbing upstairs, downstairs and under the house. In solving the odour issue, more problems arose but they diligently and happily kept returning until everything was fixed!
