Had Lachlan come out and install a new hot water system. Being in a set if units we were very restricted in what we could purchase. Lachlan not only supplied the unit but found the one that perfectly fit allowing us to more than double our old one. Recommended by a mate to use this plumber, as had bad water pressure in all my house taps, shower and front hose tap. Gave Lachlan a call, and wow! Talk about quick customer service skills and response; Lachlan was over the next day after I called him, and in 20minutes-water pressure issue fixed.

I will definitely be using his services again, but Lachlan is professional, helpful, quick and responsive. He replaced the bad valve regulator with a new regulator, and now have powerful water pressure again in all my house.
