I had the unfortunate experience of having a large bird fly through the window of our main bedroom on a Sunday morning causing chaos and dangerous amounts of broken glass shards all over the floor and bedding. I located Southern Highlands Glass online and had never previously used them. I called and Josh answered his phone immediately, of which is rare these days, so we were off to a good start.

Josh was very pleasant and easy to speak with and showed immediate empathy about the situation and asked for rough sizes and said he would be out to replace the window within the hour and he arrived and completed the job as agreed. The costing was fair and reasonable for him to leave his family and come out on a Sunday to attend to my job.

I could not have asked for more from him as he even cleaned up as much of the glass shards as he could so that I was then able to vacuum the remaining fragments.

I was so impressed that I asked him to come back another time to attend to some old Stegbar window winders that we are having issues with.

Josh turned up on time - didn’t have the exact size but took the time to cut another piece so as not to let me down. He was great value , honest about the job and was friendly with the dog. His expertise was obvious. Highly recommend this company for new windows.

Josh from Southern Highlands thankfully attended our property early on Monday day morning to immediately replace Hour Glass sliding door which had been shattered by a small rock from a whipper snipper used by our gardener. we were also shattered as we look through our broken glass door and wondered how we could stop the rain and the cold weather coming in. Early Monday morning or certainly not the date to be sure of finding repairs and repair man. My wife immediately called Josh and he almost miraculously appeared . he spent the next one hour and a half cleaning up for us and then disappeared.he needed to come back about four hours later. The equipment needed to restore the glass door on his own. He did all of this without any complaint or criticism we are entirely thankful for his Kind and professional approach to this work that we needed to be done as a matter of urgency. we will always be thankful for what he did and find it almost impossible to find such a professional in similar urgent matters in the future if need be

So happy, we had 2 broken windows this week due to the school holidays, Josh came over promptly and fixed both windows pretty much straight after we called, absolute life saver couldn’t recommend Southern Highlands Glass & Glazing enough!
