I am not a roofing expert and even though I have had my concrete tiled roof cleaned, repaired and painted over the years it is never an easy decision to choose a roofer. I got a few quotes which were all fairly different which just shows you how difficult it is to select the right company and how you can easily be ripped off. I was very impressed with the amount of time Bill spent checking my roof and discussing the issues with me. My experience with Low Cost Roofing from the office staff to the hard working guys who restored, cleaned and painted my roof was all good. Everyone was polite and helpful, kept me informed when the weather was inclement, and the end result looks wonderful with all rubbish removed.

The team came out to my property last year to deal with serious leaks we had in part of our roof. I wanted to leave this review as we had a massive storm come through last night, and we had no water come through at all! Really impressive work, on what was a difficult job.

First time user after my regular plumber for our rental property retired. Karen fully understood the problem and options requiring attention whilst Darryl attended the property at the required time and repaired the HWS and hand basin in a most professional and efficient manner to the delight of our tenant. What a fabulous, reasonably priced family business to deal with. They will become our "go to" plumber for future jobs.

I was looking for a plumber in the Bribie Island area for my father and came across Down to Earth Plumbing on a Google search.

Tim was wonderful to deal with. He was prompt, professional and completed the work as planned without any issues, and very quickly. Dad said he was a lovely guy to deal with and very polite. He made sure everything was working well and left everything clean and tidy.

We would definitely recommend Tim for anyone requiring a plumber.
