I have no hesitation in offering a review for Patrick Cushway of Stepped Up Design. Patrick approached our business after viewing our website and finding issues. At all times Pat was professional, informative and never placed pressure on us to commit to his services. At our initial meeting Pat asked a lot of questions, took a lot of notes and then discussed the price to build a new website. He worked within our budget, met all the proposed deadlines and produced an amazing first draft. Pat is a young motivated person and it was great to get a young persons input into our new website, especially when it had to be operational on phones, tablets or traditional desktop computers. I highly recommend the services of Patrick Cushway and Stepped Up Design.

I can't recommend Plan B transport highly enough. As a designer I've used many freight and delivery services but Plan B are hands down the best. They are responsive, flexible and above all reliable. A recent job was problematic but Plan B rose to the challenge with willingness, ingenuity and good humour. Alex was a pleasure to work with and turned a difficult situation into a smooth and efficient operation. I will use them for all future transport needs.

Patrick at Stepped Up design has been great to work with and we are very happy with the results.

Being in a fairly new industry, there was not really a "playbook" to work from for us, but Patrick put in the effort to make sure we have a great-looking website that meets the needs of our audience.

After re building our entire website, we have got Patrick back on board over the past few months to make some updates to content, and build a landing page for a new service and will continue to use Stepped up in the future.

Vlad is a fantastic plumber. Helped me with a real tricky drainage issue at my mother in law's. Was so impressed I asked him to investigate my hot water system building excess pressure overnight. He did a fix and when that didn't fix it, he came up with a plan and we now have no excess overnight pressure. He charged me no extra for a big second callout. Id tried a few different plumbers and also Sydney Water, Vlad was the only one who really tried and rectified this for us. Thanks mate

Would 100% recommend Vlad for any plumbing work. Phoned around 9am regarding a hot water problem at my home. Vlad came and checked out the problem, left to purchase replacement parts, and had the hot water running in the kitchen better than it had in 10 years, all within about two hours.
