We called Robert (Bob) when we found water in our kitchen cupboard. Bob found a split in the drain pipe for the dishwasher but was unable to repair. A specialist was required who deals with the dishwasher make for the repair. Bob also answered our questions regarding the flush for one of our toilets. Overall we found Bob very helpful and will certainly call him for any plumbing issues in the future or refer anybody to him.
