Was neat very efficient on time explained the job to detail will def use again 6 star rating

Called Simon and told him that we need to replace our hot water system, and he immediately asked me to send a pic of it and gave me a quote then went to check what options i could have and what the price would I have to pay.

Agreed to his quote and came within half an hour and replaced it in about an hour. Did amazing job, took the old parts out and clean out the little mess.

Very happy with him and will recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!

Simon was friendly and very professional when attended our home to do a disconnect and reconnect of our gas oven and dishwasher so trades people could carry out repairs. He was very prompt both times attending to do the job and made sure everything was working perfectly, safe and compliant . Simon made us feel at ease knowing that everything was back to normal ,especially as he replaced some parts which were dodgy. Had a water pipe leaking below my concrete path and Simon turned up on very short notice and was able to repair the leak in no time in a real professional manner as well as fixing a downpipe issue I had which he noticed and rectified the problem without me asking him to do it. I had reached out to Simon after not having a call back for a service work order from the manufacturer despite flagging the matter as urgent due to noise disturbance at night. My hot water service tank had a constant high pitch sound at night only and after many attempts to get other plumbers to look at it as well, Simon was the most prompt who committed to coming and have a look and providing the adequate solution which resolved the problem instantly. Simon is very knowledgeable and has done many similar hot water service disconnections where a booster is attached. My hot water service tank was ineffective and an upfront estimate of total cost for the works made me decide to engage Simon for my plumbing issue. Simon from SJS plumbing was very professional. I called him to get fix a leakage from hot water system. He asked me to supply a video of the leakage. As soon I sent him the video he called me back with a quote and the Leakage was fixed within the next hour.
