My partner and i broke down in our van just outside of Grafton, had never been to the town and called every mechanic for help and Steve was able to help us in such short notice. we dropped the van off that night and he got it in driving condition the next day with a detailed report of what needs to be fixed once we get it home. very grateful for their care and efficiency!!

My phone wasn't charging or working and after going to 3 different mobile repair shops, being charged $300+ for a new battery, new screen nothing was working so i bought a new phone. All shops said it was impossible to transfer my stuff unless i paid $150 to fix the charging port. I called Dean, he had a look at my old phone, cleaned the phones charger port and it was working brand new. He then transferred all my stuff to my new phone. Cannot recommend him enough

Quaulity work and friendly staff at a fair price

Friendly and courteous, cleaned up after themselves, but didn't turn up when expected twice and called late in the day to let me know. Felt like I had to chase them up. Quality work but I had to source my own toilet (despite having no experience at doing this and risked buying the wrong thing that was not returnable) be aware there is an additional $110 callout fee added to bills on top of parts and labour, and no one responded at all to a query on my bill.
