I really cannot recommend PNK Maintenance highly enough. Kat was absolutely fantastic to work with on our renovation of an investment rental property that had been damaged by a burst pipe, she made the entire renovation process a dream. Kat's communication was incredible - she provided all the information we needed along the way, she was always quick to respond and was very patient with our questions and happy to act as a sounding board for decision making. Kat's team did a great job and worked very efficiently. The final product is beautiful, far better than we could have imagined and the journey to get there was smooth. Kat acted with integrity, warmth and professionalism throughout and I am so glad we chose PNK for our renovation.

Kat and her team were a pleasure to work with. I needed major maintenance done on a recent property purchase within a tight two-week window. Not only was everything completed on earlier than anticipated, but the project stayed within budget, and the quality of work was top-notch.

As I'm based interstate, clear communication and transparency were essential. PnK went above and beyond, keeping me informed every step of the way—both before, during and after the work was completed. I wouldn’t hesitate to turn to them for any future maintenance needs!

Work included: interior/exterior painting, gardening, gutters, bathrooms, and light carpentry.

We have just done a full kitchen renovation with these guys. From start to finish they were professional, on time and did a great job!

The way the organised all the trades to come one after the other, meant we had little disruption to our lives! Other people are waiting months for there renovations to even start! Once we gave the go ahead they started 3 weeks later on time as planned!

This cafe is almost hidden in the sense it's off the main rd not visible to drive by or pedestrians unless you're strolling on the beach or pier down at Seaford but OH MY GOD it's worth it! Because of its location, you have a first class view of the water, pier and city in the distance so naturally, stunning environment but that's not why you would come. Sounds strange given the beautiful view, I know, but the food at this cafe is really something special. You can tell quality of ingredients are used because everything is just so tasty and satisfying! Everything is always fresh, the menu has amazing variety and caters to dietary requirements. Not only do you have your gf df vegan options, the variety isn't boring or basic at all. I have so many favourites Its always easy to order and the desserts... again, WOW. It's somewhere I can confidently take all my family knowing we can all pick something and really enjoy our meals. The staff are wonderful. Even though most times it's busy, I am always greeted with smiles and hellos and the service never faults! I took the time to try and write a detailed review because I find when there's a complaint to be made, it's easy to find the time, it should also be like that to praise when it's deserved and this cafe really does. Lately, business, especially hospitality I have found have been struggling post covid with staff shortage etc I've noticed service and care to customers has dropped significantly but here, despite I'm sure similar issues, the staff really try to keep everyone served and satisfied with such lovely attitudes and atmosphere. A real testament to the owner, who is always there making sure everything is running smoothly and greeting customers. Really, highly recommend! P.s, Best coffee I have had in yrs!!

Josh Kelly installed a new ducted heating unit. He was kind and honest and did a great job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

Friendly and attentive staff. Lunch menu could have more variety of choice. Pricing is reasonable, great place to catch up with a great view.

Great for lunch or a coffee after a walk on one of the best beaches in Melbourne.

Location was perfect. Gorgeous views! I think the menu is quite boring and lacks variety. They need to be a bit more flexible with breakfast and lunch times considering their small menu. They should add smashed avo option. The service was okay. Food quality was okay too. Some minor improvements needed.

Been here a few times now and have enjoyed every meal. Coffee is fantastic and staff are very accommodating. I can't believe a lot of the reviews on here about rude staff, they must be hard to please, bored people.

It was a great cafe and I will come again.
