I bought my very first bike ever.....at 39! Lol and it was the best decision ever made. Now I shopped around for this bike because price was on the higher end of my budget and found that cranks was selling at a price I could not refuse. While I organised to have the bike assembled before I got there, travelling from the up the coast mind you. It wasnt ready but, after a couple cups of coffee I got a text saying ready to pick up. This purple Camo big flyer bike is a real head turner and I’ve been riding it every day since. Thanks guys and gal who served me.

Came in with no notice last Sunday after a twisted chain during a morning ride. The Cranks team fixed it almost straight away. No hassle whatsoever. Was super impressed and will be back.

I can highly recommend this shop as they are down the road from Our business and have always take t the time to give honest advice and get the job done for you as quick as possible. They are competitively priced and do not take advantage of the buyer but rather educate them on what they need to get done so they enjoy their hobby

I started training with Jeremy at the start of 2022 looking to better my myself from an aesthetic perspective and to have confidence in myself and my training that I had lost. Not only have I found that confidence in the gym, but I’ve found a confidence in myself through his precise and well thought out programming and training tips and advice. I couldn’t have imagined where I’d be at this point and I can’t thank or recommend him enough.

I thoroughly enjoy my twice weekly sessions with Jeremy and always leave each session feeling strong and invigorated! Jeremy takes into account what I enjoy, what suits my age/body type and will adapt exercises to any niggles I may have. He is very encouraging and really challenges me to push myself that little bit further each week.

Jeremy is not only one of the most supportive trainers I know, but one of the most supportive people I know. Saying that he genuinely cares about his clients is an understatement. His passion for fitness is inspiring and he’s given me the confidence to get back in the gym after barely lifting for years.

Post medical treatment I was advised to take up some weight bearing exercise. After a few false starts with other trainers, I found Jeremy and he has set up a program that is really working for me. He challenges me with different exercises and has pushed me to exceed what I thought a 70kg, 64 year old was capable of. He has also given me a few exercises to deal pre-existing aches and pains that have been really effective.

I look forward to my sessions and would highly recommend Jeremy.
