Visited Twinkle for the first time today after a disappointing experience elsewhere. The nail technician was impressive, meticulous, and didn't rush. I came upon opening, was her first client and was only after a colour change, but she made it feel like a full mani-pedi experience. Will definitely be back!😊

Nail salon was well maintained and very aesthetic! My bestfriend and I went in together and service was really good, very gentle when soaking nails off and the atmosphere was very nice and calming, will come back again!

Enjoy coming to this salon, I usually allow a few hours for the appointment but find they take the time and are very polite. A good range of colours and always do such a great job with the nail art ✨ better If you book online and allow time for each service.

1 STAR: I arranged for them to come and inspect the problem and no one turned up. I've taken time off work to stay home and despite my attempts to contact them, I haven't had a response. Very unprofessional.

3 STAR: they contacted me to apologise as they had vehicle problems. Arranged for next day appointment, & they arrived on time, completed the job quickly, efficiently at a reasonable price.

If they had communicated with me earlier regarding reason for not turning up to first appointment, I would have given them a higher rating.

Josh knows very well how to work out for body and will teach right posture during exercise. I had back pain and he helped me with exercise for an hour and then pain was gone .

I met Josh about one year ago. I really enjoy his classes because he is very clear with his instructions and always covers all muscle groups . He always addresses the corrections individually and to the entire class.
