Ben’s a legend! Called me back as soon as I texted him and came to repair my gas heater with about 30 minutes notice. Awesome bloke, very fair pricing and showed me how to fix it myself next time. I fled to hairhouse Waurn Ponds after another salon had completely butchered my hair. I was served by Jake who was both sympathetic and helpful, he had all the products and knew exactly what I would need to fix things up.

He said it would take a week but I am already seeing results.

November - December 2009 I visited Australia: Perth - Sydney - Canberra - Jerrabomberra - Adelaide - Perth and bought me some nice souvenirs, also a pottery gumnut with leaves. Today, in my hometown in Holland, in the second hand shop I found a lovely little milk jug, designed with gumnut and leaves, made by Anakie Pottery Australia, as I could read on the bottom of it.

I thought it would be nice to tell you this surprising story. Dreaming of and saving money for another visit to your (....!) country down under, I cherish my lovely little milk jug.
