We could not believe it when they phoned after bin collection to offer us a refund because our bin weight was classified differently to our booking! They didn't have to do this, and we would have been none-the-wiser. We will definitely be using them again.

i ordered a concrete bin and a green waste bin, booking was easy on the phone, bins delivered on time, they were also happy to relocate the bin for me half way through the 7 days.
