I replaced some old bash plates which were not up to advertised standard with the aircraft grade aluminium from RHS. I've had them on my ranger for 12 months now and really have bashed them hard on technical rocky tracks. They are performing great, super strong and protecting the car like they should, they are surprisingly lightweight too. Rhett is running a rare business which puts old fashioned quality and customer service first and foremost, and I fully recommend RHS Engineering. The price of the bash plates is very good considering the quality of design, materials, and finish you get. Fitting at the RHS shop can take a while, so don't be in a rush.

Rhett at RHS has been super helpful, the bash plates for my car look great and are super light compared to the stock steel ones. With my model of dual cab ute, there is a slight difference between the mounting points of the automatic version and the manual, the original plate sent was for an auto, after discussing this with Rhett, he went above and beyond to help rectify this issue. Bought the adapter brackets to fit the Kings 270 Awning to my MT1 trailer. Been looking for these for ages, so happy to see RHS have them available!!

The brackets feel really high quality. Very light because of the aluminium, which is great as I didn’t want to add unnecessary weight to the original struts. And the design allows some flexibility in the front-to-back positioning of the awning.

I was looking for a lighter bash plate than 4 mm steel (around 40kg), or even 6mm aluminium (around 25kg) - The car is being set up for touring so I have to be weight conscious. I had previously purchased some which were advertised at 25kg, but were closer to 40kg when they arrived so I sent them back.

RHS advertise theirs at 13.5kg which met my weight requirements. Happy customer.

Great bash plates there were hiccups along the way but rhett was happy accomadate that he had to modify the big plate as my pajero was a hybrid mix with gen 3 and gem 4 he was very knowledgeable in his work and was able to explain every step as the modification was being done I would highly recommend rhett if you are looking for quality products and services
