For many years now I had been suffering of chronic pain in the lower neck, and Rob's treatment and therapeutic advice, suggesting just the right sort of daily neck exercise, has sharply reduced the discomfort and spared me the more drastic solution of neural surgery, which would have moreover meant no more martial arts for the rest of my life. So very grateful here, could not recommend Rob's pain clinic more!

We had issues with water seeping into our study and causing our carpet to become moldy. We thought it was from leaving the window open on a rainy day. Took a while to work out it was coming from the adjoining en suite. We also had a crack in our shower base that may have been the culprit and needed replacing. We called countless plumbers about our situation. No one was interested as they didn't want to deal with replacing the shower base as most homes these days have tiled flooring in the the shower.

Finally Bill from Biztec answered our call and helped us out. He found exactly where the leaks were coming from, it turned out that the bath was also leaking. He fixed all the leaking areas, tiles and plaster needed to be removed, he also re plastered and tiled the shower. It was great to not have to find different tradies to finish the other jobs that weren't plumbing jobs. The bathroom looks brand new, we are so relieved someone finally came to our aid.

Bill is also a perfectionist and takes his time to make sure everything is done correctly and within a reasonably time frame.

My husband and I are very happy with the finished product.

Rob was fantastic during our first consultation. I brought my dad in to have a leg numbness issue looked at and he was extremely thorough both in his diagnosis but also explanation to us about the root causes and possible treatments for the issue. Post-care followup was also timely and frequent. Extremely happy with the level of care and professionalism we received as patients. Highly recommended!

I went to Rob ONE TIME ages ago for my back. He did a thorough assessment and gave me some simple exercises that NO OTHER doctor, physio or pain specialist had given me.

I followed them pretty closely for about a month after every time I went to the gym and the pain slowly subsided.

I can honestly say that for this bout of very severe back pain Rob helped THE MOST out of all of the specialist I have been to and gave me a solution I could actually follow though on.

I drove across town to see him as he was recommended and it was so worth it.

There is not enough space to be able to describe how awesome Rob is. Not only is he the first person who has really listened carefully to me but he is a lovely person as well. I literally could barely walk to my first visit with a bulging disc that was leaking....one of the worst most painful conditions....he listened, prescribed a gentle stretching regime, followed by other treatments. After my first visit, which was an emergency teleconference due to being unable to wait for my first official visit, I had releif. I was able to get a visit every week,which I needed. Within a couple more visits I was even better. I am fully recovered now and could not have had this outcome without this professional and lovely man. If you have ANY issues, you must contact him. I am so grateful for being referred to Rob, he literally changed my life. 5 stars is not enough to give this lovely person.
