Beautiful little store

What’s not to love about this shop!! From the furniture to accessories it’s like being a kid in a candy store, always beautifully styled. Mel and the team are always so warm, helpful and welcoming. Great to see Coffs having a store of this standard. Well done guys!!

I have know Ben for over 20 years and he is reliable, professional and a good person that is true to his word. Whilst I don't live in Coffs Harbour I can only express my personal friendship with Ben and say he is someone I trust. My wife and I wish him and his team all the very best.

When I phoned Pure Flow Plumbing with an emergency sewerage problem they responded within three hours.

Ben cleared the line and suggested further investigation was required.

Some days later the problem was identified and remedial work carried out.

The professional approach and high standard of workmanship was impressive, plus a full work report was emailed.

Can’t recommend highly enough

I cant speak highly enough about the quality of service, knowledge and efficiency from Traevis at Emerald beach Plumbing. We have had a water hammer issue for years and had three different plumbers here to rectify. Traevis identified the issue and has eliminated the problem to a 98% success. I couldn't be happier. Please don't tell them but i expected the bill to be higher and I'm very happy with the price. I whole heartedly recommend this business. Very happy with service provided. Came out and provided quote to remove continuous hot flow gas hot system with an electric one. System was installed on Wednesday (extremely hot day), guys doing it maintained good humor throughout. Sawtell electricians also extremely professional. Thoroughly recommend Emerald Beach Plumbing.

Pure Flow came to redo and fix a problem done by another plumber. They were on time, very polite, wore clean uniforms, cleaned up, vacuumed, mopped up and were extremely professional. I've used them twice now and they will be my plumbers from now on. They sent pictures of damaged pipes and then completed works plus replacement fixtures, brand labels and

also a home risk assessment. I highly recommend this company.
