Shout out for the amazing service received this week..I called upon opening just after 7am on Wednesday, after yet another warm shower..

They managed to fit our call out in that day (was expecting to have to wait)..The crew arrived within the hour time frame they stipulated on the phone..Both guys were friendly, honest, efficient and no bull..

Was amazing to get a steaming hot shower again..So massive thanks..

The work was impeccable. The plumber was courteous and friendly as was the apprentice and Helen who took the call was lovely but I consider $170 for replacing two flexi hoses under the vanity grossly overpriced. Really sorry for the half negative feedback and I feel bad about it, but as a pensioner I thought that price was over the top for half an hour's work. Maybe ok for someone who is in the workforce but not for a pensioner. I will be comparing prices from now on.

Over a 6 month period David has completed two major jobs on my daughter's vacant block to gain access to services. Living in Brisbane, (QLD) and organising remotely for the work to get done in Bonnells Bay (NSW) was initially very difficult and frustrating. I just had an iStore 270L hot water system installed by Jeremy. Super happy with his installation and how he explained every step to me and answered all my questions and explained how the new system works. The price is super competitive as well.
