Great service, needed assistance with a faulty hot water system. Died over the weekend, wife is on Chemotherapy and hygiene is paramount, no hot water made for very unpleasant showers. Found Horizon Plumbing in a Google search, liked the reviews and sent the contact form very early on Monday morning, got an immediate response at the start of business hours (7 am). Booked us in for midday that day, notification of arrival sent prior, arrived at ten to twelve, quoted repair cost by ten to one and repaired before 3 pm. Thank you Peter and team, so very much appreciate your prompt, courteous and professional assistance at a time of genuine need.

I can highly recommend Horizon Plumbing NQ, I had been trying to get a plumber out to remove our old solar hot water system (no other companies would answer my calls or emails) and put in a new electric one. I had been shopping and saw one of their vehicles in the car park and went home and emailed my request as it was after hours. Horizon responded the next day and had someone attend the following day to quote the job.I advised I was available on a certain day for the works to be completed and were very accommodating to this. Very professional and arrived on time. Very happy with their service.
