Very nice houses and great facilities for a good price. Sales team were extra helpful when I unexpectedly had to relocate to Melbourne due to medical issues.
Keep in mind there are exit fees, I was there less than a year but lucky for me I paid a low price and still made a profit. Over 55's living wasn't for me though, made me feel old being surrounded by people 20 to 30 years older than me. Still a nice development though
This place is awesome. My dad lives here now after mum passed and he sold the home in town and moved here. Best thing to do as almost all chores are done for you. He comes and goes as he wants when he wants and his place is almost brand new and beautiful.

Retirement living has definately improved over the years. My 86 year old mum lives hear and it is a great place for her to live and a great place for me and my kids to visit.
