I can't speak highly enough of Craig and his business.His business is well established and he knows what he is doing. He communicates really well, considering and explaining differing options to present a great outcome . He recently put an entirely new and up-gunned system in my '66 Cadillac.He designed a system that was hidden and sympathetic to the car style, but still has the muscle there when needed, and also in- line with what I had said I was looking for too. He explained clearly some differing options and wasn't afraid to suggest what turned out to be an excellent further change midway through the process.

This is an easily constructed wood fired oven. The design and performance of this oven is second to none. Oven wall thickness is 65 mm with quality bio soluble insulation blanket backing it up. Hearth tile thickness is 50 mm with 25 mm of Calcium Silicate insulation board underneath. A 50 mm hearth tile is the minimum you should use in your oven. This thickness allows the tile when heated through to assist in keeping the temperature in the oven for long periods. When the hearth is heated together with the walls and the insulation is of good quality, the oven’s performance will be much improved by losing minimal heat by reflecting heat back into the oven, keeping it warmer for longer and also saving fuel.
