Mitch and Sammy arrived on time to install my zip hydrotap. Once the mixer was installed, Mitch provided some guidance on how to use the new appliance. I also asked for some additional advice on another small job, which they happily provided. Work area was clean and tidy and all rubbish removed. Mitch has worked on the full renovation of our house, the new bathroom in our barn and a range of other plumbing jobs across the property. Our builder connected us with Mitch at ProEffect Plumbing. We are currently doing a big renovation to our house in Byron Bay and ProEffect has completed all of the plumbing. From our very first interaction with Mitch he was very personable, engaged, invested and really put genuine thought into our new bathrooms and the layouts and offered recommendations that were practical and smart. His craftsmanship has been impeccable, the work he has completed is to the highest standard, he is a person of integrity and great skill and clearly passionate about his craft and business and his clients. I am the carer for a profoundly deaf man who had the need of a plumber. It was our good fortune to acquire the services of ProEffect Plumbing and namely a gentleman by the name of 'Mitch'. We were both taken with

Mitches 'can do' attitude when I was not completely sure that the work we required to be done was within the brief of a plumber. I need not have worried. Mitch set to straight away to explain what he would do and how he would do it. The very next day Mitch arrived and set to to do the work. I can only say that I was most impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the cleanliness of the work site. My partner and I cannot recommend this plumbing company enough. We renovated our laundry into a bathroom late December and ProEffect Plumbing (Mitch) orchestrated the whole project. We used Mitch for our renovation in Miami, and he is the sole reason we have an ensuite!

Our project was a complete strip out and reconfiguration of the floorplan. When Mitch came around to design our bathroom layout, he identified that it was possible to add an ensuite to our master bedroom with some very creative thinking.

Without Mitch's knowledge and experience, we would not have renovated our house to its full potential! Mitch is, without a doubt, the best plumber on the Gold Coast, and we can't recommend him highly enough! Thanks again mate!
