I called Frank late Sunday afternoon as I realised there was a problem with the toilet. He came the following day & fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend this service to other people.

Highly recommended. Absolutely fantastic service... We've used Frank for plumbing jobs twice thus far. On the first occasion he moved an outside garden tap for us. He provided prompt and quality service, at a reasonable price. Today was the second occasion, and Frank saved us from a mini disaster on the eve of a long weekend (Thursday before Easter). A water supply hose gasket clamp on our washing machine broke, causing minor flooding. After leaving a message, Frank returned our phone call within twenty minutes. Although he was heading to another job, he promised to come to our house within a couple of hours. He suggested that we photograph the situation, including the parts that were broken, the model number of the washing machine, and text message them directly to his phone. He arrived after only about one hour, with a correct hose and gasket clamp, and he fixed it within thirty odd minutes! Again as on the first occasion, this service was provided at a very reasonable price..... Frank is a friendly and obliging professional, who may very well be able to assist you in a jam, or obviously, with a larger plumbing project.

At very short notice, Jay was able to replace our hot water unit and did an excellent job! Highly recommend Jay Jays plumbing.

Called Frank for an emergency repair of a blocked kitchen drain this morning. He arrived within 2 hours of my call. Very friendly and professional. Fixed the problem within minutes and took the time to explain the issue and just to have a quick friendly chat. Very reasonably priced and while he was here, he also gave me a quote for another job I am needing to be done. Will definitely be using Sherlock plumbing for the next job and for any other future plumbing needs!

Best value in Sunbury and surrounding areas. This plumber responded to my wife's quote request for a stove gas pipe leak. He was an absolute professional and gentleman, when I got home a few hours later he had done an amazing job of the stove repairs and my wife said his repair quote was 1/3 of the other plumbers that turned up to quote. He was patient in explaining the nature of the job and did not inflate prices like the others did. We would have no hesitation using him again. A very honest and reliable man.
