I have been using O'Brien Plumbing for a few years for my investment properties in Dubbo and appreciate their prompt service and reasonable pricing. If there was any issue with the plumbing work that they did, they came back to follow up and got issues fixed. The whole team of plumbers and admin work very well with job scheduling, communication and billing. This is very important for me because I always gave written and verbal instructions to them remotely and they got works done promptly for me without me having to physically be present at the job site and show them around. Once works were done they gave me detailed and accurate report. So I would say they are very organised.

Had issues with water pressure, water heating and discolouration in the water. O’Brien staff were on site within 3 business days and the problem quickly identified. A week later had the outdoor pipes replaced and a new water heater installed. Staff were polite, helpful and efficient. Got the job done in half a day. Would definitely recommend O’Brien!
