Luke and his team came out during the heavy rains of March 2022 to investigate why I was getting so much water under the house on our sloping block. They resolved part of the problem in the pouring rain, then sent a quote for a storm water solution that would address the remaining issues. Once the wet weather finally cleared they arrived on time and completed the job on time and as quoted. Luke even called a few weeks later during heavy rains to check on the effectiveness of the drainage, very happy and can recommend.

Dempsey Plumbing removed our old bathroom including a toilet dividing wall, and installed a completely new bathroom for us. I contacted Dempsey plumbing to fix some poor drainage and water tank repairs. They preferred to get customers to do an online quote request rather than over the phone which works well for me. They replied to the request within a day or so and then found a time to come that suited me. Jake came out and had a look, listened to the problem, took a video. The quote came back again within a day or so. After accepting the quote they found a gap to come around the following week. Honestly I really appreciated the responsiveness and communication from Lauren and Luke. Highly recommend Dempsey Plumbing.

Luke from DEMPSEY PLUMBING came out at very short notice for a major emergency with a sewer line and toilet.

Luke arrived on time and went above and beyond his professionalism and honesty were impeccable, he not only repaired our sewer and toilet but also helped us out and cleared our main storm water pipe at no charge.

He didn’t charge a call out fee and was by far not only the best price and value but absolutely restored our faith back in trades people.

Highly recommended! Luke, Lindsay and Mitch did a big, tricky job installing drains in the back of the house for ground water and a trench drain in the garage for the underground water. First time the house has been dry since the floods of 2022. Affordable, knowledgeable, friendly, top blokes and exceptional work.
