Well, where do I begin? In October 2020, I approached Michael Arthur Diamonds as I was planning on proposing to the woman that I love. I liaised with Michael. I told him what my plan was, my budget, the type of ring I wanted, and the date that I wanted to propose on. I told Michael that I had some photos of roughly what I wanted as I had taken Natalie (My fiancé) Ring shopping earlier in the year just so I can have a rough idea of what she wanted when the time came to it. Michael then asked me to send him the photos so that he has a rough idea of what to work with. Shortly after sending the photos, Michael then showed me some similar rings of what I wanted that he had made in the past. After going through certain designs and diamonds, I came to a decision and it was all set! I cannot believe how simple and relaxing Michael had made the process for me. He was so easy going and an absolute professional, you can just tell when somebody is a pro and knows what they are doing. After we agreed on a design, Michael had sent me some electronic photos of what the ring would like after completion. I was so happy and excited because it was exactly what I wanted! Also the price, he matched it even better than what my budget was. I was expecting to spend more, but Michael was very generous and he really looked after me. There was no upselling of product, no pressure, no nothing! It was all exactly what I wanted, and that really shows Michael Arthur Diamonds truly care about their clients. A few weeks after that, the ring was completed and ready for me to collect it. When I arrived at the store, a lovely lady named Demi greeted me and welcomed me in, she didn’t only greet me but she greeted me by name, with a very friendly smile. 10/10 customer service! I was taken to Michaels desk for our meeting and was even offered a glass of champaign, what amazing service! After a brief conversation with Michael, he handed me the bag with the ring box inside and then I opened it. I could not believe how amazing the ring looked! It was my first time seeing it in person and I was really amazed. It was better than I expected. I was so impressed because I liaised with Michael over the phone and explained what I wanted over the phone and he did EXACTLY that. I didn’t have to travel multiple times to see him, he made it so easy! My fiancé is so in love with the ring, it is what she wanted, and thanks to Michael because he made it happen! The best part about this, is that, I wasn’t only dealing with Michael Arthur Diamonds. I was actually dealing with Michael. Michael himself, the CEO of Michael Arthur Diamonds, how amazing! It was a pleasure selecting Michael Arthur to make both the engagement ring and wedding band for the love of my life. I saw their work on Instagram and reached out to them and in no time i received an email/WhatsApp.

We had a discussion of what I was looking for, and the rings were designed and made for my liking.

I am from the Caribbean and they reassured me that everything will be fine and that the delivery will be in the time frame that was agreed on. That was so true, they actually did delivered on time.

I was so impressed! After shopping around online I found that Michael Arthur had the most beautiful designs and the pricing was actually so so reasonable in comparison to other jewelers. I purchased my engagement ring with my now fiance. He told me he wanted me to design the ring so that I could have an input into what would be my forever ring. It was so special to be able to put our initials on the ring which is something I had never seen anyone else do before. The hidden details were definitely a win for us! My fiance and I had an absolutley amazing experience here. We'd been looking for engagement rings all around Sydney and one day we stumbled upon Michael Arthur in Paddington. Even though we didn't have an appointment they were graceful enough to take the time to sit with us and educate us on what our options were. That was the main point of difference between them and other jewellers. They really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and weren't pushy at all! 8 weeks later my boyfriend asked me to marry him with the ring of my dreams. He told me that he continued liasing with Ella (the sales consultant that spoke to us on the day) and designed a ring that not only was in his budget but that was truly uniquely me. Honestly I don’t even know where to start with how amazing Michael is!

My fiancé proposed in Santorini in 2017 with a proposal ring. Since then (yes it’s now 2021) we had tried so many places and every single place just wanted to sell us what was on the floor with no care for what we were after.

6 weeks ago we met Micheal as we wanted to give ring shopping one last shot before giving up. Michael listened to every little thing and was so experienced it made the process so easy. Joseph was so kind and attentive. I have never walked out of a salon loving my hair until I went to Joseph’s. I’m so happy with my hair now - he really knows his stuff and takes the time to listen and educate him on your hair endeavours. He had a really great way with opening up the salon to be so friendly and kind with all the clients! It was the best experience in a hair salon I’ve ever had!

My husband got my engagement ring from Michael Arthur which naturally meant we would get our wedding bands from them as well. I actually followed their Instagram page and always thought that their jewellery was beyond amazing. Definitely do not be worried about the shipping and purchasing something so expensive online as the whole experience was seamless and Demi is great to deal with.
