We ended up having two leaks which we didn't realise we had. These guys found the other leak at the same time. They showed us the leaking pipe. Every step was explained prior to them taking the next step, ensuring we understood what was about to happen. They were approachable and courteous. At the conclusion of the job, they did something which seems very unusual nowadays, they actually tidied up the area where the repairs had been done. Very impressed!!
