Contacted SOS Tyres at Coopers Plains a couple of days ago to arrange for a set of tyres and been dealing with Paul. I found him to be prompt and very efficient in answering my queries and would get back to me very quickly with the answers I needed to make a proper decision on tyres to select and buy.Went and got the set of new tyres from SOS Tyres today. Paul and indeed Alex and other staff members were pleasant to deal with. He had a good choice of tyres and the best prices on the particular tyres I wanted. and believe me I did a lot of research. I rang at 9 on a Sunday morning and Sousheel said that could be at my place by 11. He arrived by 11 and had my tyre changed and back on my car before 11. He was very friendly and his service was exceptional. I will definitely be using them in the future.
Alex did a great job at changing my tire and making me feel like my car was in the right hands. Other staff should probably learn from him - I questioned whether I wanted to get through with changing my tire there based on first encounter/impression . But otherwise a great service for a very reasonable price.

Absolute life saver! Our tyre blew a side wall on the way to camping. Quick communication, asked for tyre size and location straight away and came out at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, changed the tyre, checked our other ones were ok and got us up and running.
