After having purchased a 2 year old house where the return air on the ducted system was installed incorrectly, I contacted S&K Air Conditioning Services and Kathryn was able to book me in for a free quote straight away. On the day I received a text message telling me that Tim was on his way and would arrive within 15 minutes. Tim probably spent just under an hour at my house, trying to figure out the best way to fix the issue I had, due to an extremely tight roof space and other complications in my roof. Tim came up with a plan and a competitive quote.

Kathryn contacted me again and we booked in a day to get it all fixed.

Alex and Jacob arrived ready with all the tools required to fix the issue. We spoke about the problem and how they would fix it, they were both very polite young men, both offered to remove their shoes before entering my house and put a drop sheet down where they were working. Once they had rectified the issue, they even cleaned up after themselves - anyone who brings a dustpan and broom to a job has a high level of professionalism in my opinion.

My Ducted Air Conditioner works so much better now, than it ever did before and I could not recommend the team at S&K Air Conditioning Services enough for their professionalism, fast service, competitive pricing and out of the box thinking in order to help me fix a problem that was built into my house.

Raj has a wealth of knowledge on the industry, he is up to standards and shows great all round professionalism.

We had a broken window which he was able to fix with no dramas. He showed up on time and the same day. He took the time to look at some other issues we have around the house and explained it all in great detail.

Yvonne and Nassar are very professional in their work. They did a large area for us, and it already looks great; we just have to seal it tomorrow with a few touch-ups. Thank you; I would highly recommend them to anyone.
