I had a failed water pump for our rain water tank which supplies toilets and washing machine. This of course happened on the weekend. I contacted Dave about the issue and advised that I can survive the weekend. He made it on of his priorities on the Monday and hooked everything up to temporarily use town water and disconnected the pump for me as I was going to check with the supplier for repair or replace.

Once I had a pumpe I let Dave know and we scheduled a day and time to which he turned up on time and with prior day confirmation.

He has entirely turned my view about plumbers around. Keep it up. I'll be a returning customer.

Dave and his apprentice went absolutely above and beyond for me. Doing a full bathroom and laundry renovation is very stressful. Dave communicated so well with the builders and worked in with us. They replaced all the pipes in our house to give us amazing water pressure, and have done an amazing job on the bathroom and laundry.

Nothing was too hard for Dave, and even though I rang lots to ask a lot of questions, he was always happy to answer so do whatever was best and what we needed.
