This morning I discovered that I had mo hot water and so contacted my favourite plumbers (Exeter Plumbing) to get it fixed. Cameron came and we discovered that the tap leading into the unit had been turned off - by whom (or what) I can’t work out, since to the best of my knowledge no one has been in my yard since I last used hot water … and the gate is kept locked… creepy!!

Alex and Cameron very generously did not charge me a call-out fee.

It's second time that Exeter plumbing fixing our septic tank. After inspection and cleaned the existing pump, Jack explained and provided honest options of reused or replacement. We had problems with our Escea gas heater and rang for a quote. They arrived within hours with an up front price. The quote was reasonable, and they not only fixed the problem, the heater now works better than before. We are so happy with the professionalism and service; we will be calling these guys again.

Had a small tap issue & they treated me as though it was the most important job they had. Phoned they were running a bit late so I would not be concerned. Turned up when said, repaired & did not cost an arm & a leg. Highly recommended !!!!
