These guys were nothing short of excellent. I even mentioned that my leak was getting worse and Paul dropped what he was doing and came a few hours earlier. He found the leak in a spot where the previous 3 plumbers I had out here couldn’t diagnose. I would highly recommend this mob to anyone who wants some old fashioned quality service.

The team were friendly, professional, on time and were thorough in explaining the leak we are experiencing. They were easy and lovely to work with and were responsive to all communication. Whilst the service was a tad pricey, it was way cheaper than allowing the leak to continue and then having to fix a damaged home. Would highly recommend them!

After months of trying to get someone to help us fix a leaking roof, finally someone who was able to diagnose the problem. Paul was very professional. Would definitely use him again if needed.

Excellent service. I was told by another plumber I’d need to demo my bathroom (and he was showing me renovated bathrooms to try and get me to spend $10s of thousands) for them to work out and fix the issue. When it wasn’t required in fact the opposite it was a couple hour job thanks to leak detection.

As a regular customer, I have been using Paul's service for few years. Today he and his team has helped me to install a new hot water system within 24 hours (from the time I contacted him for help). The price he quoted is reasonable and I appreciate his professional service as always.

There were many challenges in the brief we gave to Gary. We wanted a contemporary house in a heritage area. We also wanted a house that would be easily accessible for older and disabled persons. The land is narrow and slopes to the rear. Gary worked collaboratively with us on the design; he listened and constructively resolved the many issues that confronted us. The Council provided very few guidelines in relation to these requirements, but Gary was able to work through the impediments and obtain the approvals. We wanted a modern house that would stand as an equal to the historic 1880’s terraces around us. The appearance of the house needed to be in proportion with the adjacent double story victorian terrace. This was achieved through clever and nuanced design elements that elongated the façade, and was then absorbed into the rest of the house through interesting ceiling and room configurations.

The hallways and rooms needed to accommodate possible future wheelchairs. So, all spaces are sufficiently wide and internal steps have been replaced with ramps. The use of internal gardens, both downstairs and upstairs, plus the liberal inclusion of skylights provide wonderful light and ventilation. An important feature is a large basement that has the laundry, a great deal of storage and work area, and all of the services such as hydronic heating, hot water, pumps, solar inverters and future batteries and the lift that moves through each of the three levels.

Gary has achieved an outcome with which we are extremely pleased and he can feel justifiable proud of.

Dave Watson came out today after we had some major issues with temperature control in our showers and leaky taps, Dave spent so much time taking care of all issues evaluating everything whilst explaining the process and how much each problem would cost to fix and took time to sort out the best method of repair. He was respectful friendly and polite.

Would like to thank Chris D for his friendly and professional service he provided in getting our hot water system to work and also in discovering an unknown gas leak inside our house. Highly recommended!
