My son's brought me a grill plate to go on my webber(bought from there too I'm told) but it was the wrong size so I took it back in the box and he changed it without the receipt no problems. All had to do was pay the difference, used it new years eve and it was brilliant, love my webber, nuthin like a good barby lol. Good bloke to chat with too, have always had great experience there.
