We used Joe for the first time last week when we frantically searched for a local plumber at 6pm on a Friday to fix a burst water line inside a wall. Joe was there 5 minutes later to make a temporary repair to allow us to turn the mains water back on. He then came back on Monday to complete the repair and reconnect the water line that ran to the tap. We are very happy to find a local plumber who is so responsive and charging a fair price, even when we disrupt his Friday dinner.

A pleasure to deal with from the customer service area to the technician Bailey. The job was to find the sewer line so we don't build over it. It was found quickly and marked and a report issued same day.

Noticed area near water meter box was soaking wet. Search Google and found Rennick. Tim answered and had Loki over. Found it was caused by presure gauge leaking underground. Loki done a fantastic job and quick turnaround.

I rang Stewart on a Friday morning and he was here within the hour. Extremely helpful and explained exactly what the problem was, how he was going to fix it and cleaned up afterwards. Very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely call him next time we need any plumbing work done.
