Called Raks to install a hot water system after our old one was acting up. Emmanuel came out the next day to provide a quote and the new HWS was installed within a few days. Whole process was transparent and job was done professionally.

First of all, the response on the email request was really quick. $79 was waived. Emmanuel seems very experienced on the job, he called up ahead to let me know when he will be arriving. Time management was good 👍. During the check on the leaking problems, he looked up carefully and explaining the consequences after changing the parts. Emmanuel sounds very professional. Ben and Naji did a fantastic job adding a new downpipe to our existing gutter and cleaned the gutters. They had to climb 2 levels up to do this, no complaints, very professional and fast. There was a small leak in the gutter that we had missed. As soon as I called Ben, with no hesitation they came back again to fix it. Super impressive.

We had a great experience with Ben and Denise of Service Fox to waterproof and install new flashing for our chimney. In the first place they responded very promptly to our online enquiry and made an appointment for a quote. Ben came out to site, he was very experienced with federation era houses and provided us with professional advice on how to repair the chimney. He quickly came back to us with a quote which was significantly less than other providers. Ben has since completed the works and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Very friendly service from Ben and Denise, would thoroughly recommend their services.
