Neil and his team are true professionals. I obtained many quotes and Neil was the only contractor to climb up on the roof to measure up and assess the best solar panel array. Therefore, we had no issues when it came to installation. The team was easy to work with and communication was good.

I had other contractors wanting to stick up as many panels as they could. Many of the panels were located where Neil had established they would not fit or located on the southern side with poor solar capture. Neil's design was by far the best option.

Neil's design has great efficiency and with the battery we have not needed feed-in from the grid. Currently we are exporting more than we use. We are in an apartment with small roof space, but our 5.7kw system is working well.

Our solar inverter died after ringing a few places I was put on to Neil at Smart Power Solutions . After sourcing an appropriate inverter he came and installed it for us . He did a good job and now we're back to feeding power into the grid again .

Neil and the team were great. Excellent communication about the equipment and work progress. Also following up with any questions after installation.

I highly recommend Neil and his team - we had Smart Power Solutions install an i-store heat pump as well as a switchboard upgrade and new circuits. Communication was prompt and easy, all the options were clearly explained, the team were very friendly and professional as well as being flexible to wait on our new shed to be built before coming back to complete the job. The work is really tidy and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards too.

JUST WANTED TO UPDATE as most people just leave a review after install. We have had our system in now for probably over six months, and are very happy with it. What Neil said it would do it has done and more. If I have had a question (even after 6 months after install), it has been answered . His after sales is 10 out of 10. He genuinely cares about his clients and has a lot of knowledge about what he is selling. Would have no hesitation to recommend. There was great communication from start to finish. Neil was excellent at answering all my questions (and I had a lot as had a bad experience with another company) very quickly and professionally. He is very customer focused, which is great when you are investing a lot of money in Solar. I liked how he just didn’t try and sell the panels and battery all at once, letting us have the system on and see how it runs to work out the best battery for our needs.

The install guys Michael and Til kept me updated and were professional and easy to talk to with some questions I had when they did the install. Installed when promised and cleaned up their mess.

Smart Power Solutions recently installed a new solar system into our residential home. Extracted old system and left premises clean and tidy. Reinstalled all new panels and inverter at a very reasonable cost. The installation guys were fantastic and very helpful.
