No need to go anywhere else - All Line Plumbing should be your choice!

This is a plumber who communicates, takes time & care to find positive cost effective solutions, undertakes a professional on time and tidy service.

Provided a sewer peg out service with many apparent hurdles however they assisted with research and suggestions that got the job done promptly and saved us $$$ !!

Definitely would recommend Michael and Shane at All Line.

Michael was prompt and responsive in all our communication. He explained what's required and promptly delivered the sewer peg out report we needed. Highly recommend All Line Plumbing !

Shane and the team did a fantastic job with our sewer encasement. From the initial quote all the way through to the end they were punctual, no fuss and communicated well throughout. They even managed to stick to the schedule despite heavy rain. I have no hesitation in recommending All Line Plumbing, thanks guys!

Shane and Jay did a sewer peg out ahead of us getting a pool. They were super professional, friendly and responsive. When I asked a question about an unrelated plumbing matter Shane even went the extra mile and got under my house to point me in the right direction re what needed doing. Highly recommend them!

I just engaged All Line Plumbing to do a sewer line encasement. Shane came out for a site inspection and Michael provided me with a quote and was prompt to respond to inquiries. Jay was on site and he was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job despite unforeseen circumstances. I can highly recommend All Line Plumbing.

Detailed Review:

I got 3 quotes for the sewer line encasement. All Line Plumbing was the only company that came out for a site inspection.

All Line Plumbing - Shane came out and did site inspection and estimated the sewer line to be 2.4m down (I had mentioned to Shane that the engineer had estimated the sewer line to be deeper but these things are hard to estimate). The quote from All Line Plumbing had a appropriate number of exclusions but I got the impression that All Line Plumbing is reasonably approachable/flexible (I was mainly concerned about the depth). It turned out that the sewer line was located at 3.3m down and they had to go and get a bigger excavator which pushed the job out by half a day. This was clearly communicated to me (via Jay and Michael) and at no additional cost. Jay went above and beyond and did a great job.

Company 2 - Slightly cheaper quote. They were going to come out and do a site inspection but the project manager was on leave. Company 2 had a very long list of exclusions and I felt that the job could end up getting very expensive if there were any issues with ground conditions and depth.

Company 3 - Company 3 was recommended to me in a roundabout way and so I decided to get a quote. Company 3 did not offer to come out and do a site inspection and the quote only had a moderate number of exclusions but they were not very responsive (I asked for the quote to be updated to a depth of 2.4m which never happened so can't comment on final quote/price).

I recently engaged with All Line Plumbing for a sewer concrete encasement. Shane, Michael, Jay, and the team did a great job. Friendly people and professional work. I would highly recommend All Line Plumbing and will work with them again.

All Line Plumbing team did a very professional job for sewer encasement at my house. Special mention to Shane and Michael, transparency throughout the process, very honest, reliable and trustworthy. Hard to fine tradesmen like Shane&team these days… thank you!!!

This was my first time dealing with such a big project and I've got to say Michael has made this experience very smooth and easy for me. Michael is very knowledgeable and always happy to answer and explain any questions I have, even after multiple phone calls. Michael has truly gone above and beyond in helping me follow up with the Council on damages left on my property prior to his team starting their work so this is very much appreciated. I really cannot thank Michael enough for his help to date.

I would without a doubt highly recommend All Line Plumbing!

email I sent to Michael @ AllLine after their team went through

Hi Michael -

Just wanted to provide some feedback on the team that's been on site this week.

I have never met a more professional trifecta of a team in all the years of working on this project - or even during my own renovation. They're polite, humble, empathetic - and that's before they pickup a shovel or seat themselves inside the excavators.

Each member of your team has been nothing but a delight to work with upon each interaction. Everything from explanations to simply leaving a ditch clean, swept up, and all working area in a very safe and tidy manner. It felt that there was never any idling, and absolute focus throughout the last few days.

That's all; just wanted to pass my immense gratitude for your troupe that attended the site this week.

Thank you.

Great job Brett on our blocked sewer emergency
